Facilities available to guests include reception, internet access, money exchange, mini market, luggage room and fan hire.

There is a swimming pool, loungers, parasols (chargeable), childrens section of the swimming pool, sun terrace and a poolside snack bar.

All apartments are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, kitchenette, fridge, living area with sofa bed, satellite TV, safety deposit box (chargeable), separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located approx 500 metres from the sandy beach of Puerto Rico. On the beach there are loungers and parasols to hire. Within the vicinity of the complex there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Gran Canaria Airport is approx 50 km from the resort of Puerto Rico.
