Facilities available to guests include a reception area, swimming pool, loungers, sun terrace and a childrens swimming pool.

All bungalows are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, one or two bedrooms, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, living area with sofa bed, satellite TV, safety deposit box (chargeable) and a fully furnished terrace.

The complex is located just 50 metres from the shopping centre with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach is approx 300 metres away with loungers, parasols and water sports to hire. There is a public bus station approx 100 metres away giving guests easy access to the local area. Golf lovers will enjoy the golf course approx 2 km away. Gran Canaria Airport is approx 50 km from the resort of Puerto Rico.
