The rooms of the complex are spread over 2 floors. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, living area, safety deposit box rental, TV, separate bedroom, kitchenette, fridge and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located approx 1 km from the main resort centre with its lively marina and night-life. Opposite the complex guests will find the Europa Shopping Centre with a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. The beach is approx 3 km away where guests can relax on the sun loungers and parasols available to hire. There are links to the public transport directly outside the complex. Gran Canaria Airport is approx 50 km from the resort of Puerto Rico.
