Eden Apartments comprises of 116 one or two bedroom apartments. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, separate bedroom, living area with sofa bed, satellite TV (chargeable), safety deposit box rental, ceiling fans, kitchenette and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located a stones throw from the Europa Shopping Centre with a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The main resort centre is approx 2.5 km away where there is a lively marina and a sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire. On the beach there is also a variety of water sports to try out. The local bus stop and taxi rank is approx 100 metres from the complex. Puerto Rico is approx 50 km from Gran Canaria Airport.
