All apartments are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, safety deposit box (chargeable) and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located on the hillside just 15 minutes walk from the beach with loungers and parasols to hire. The centre of Puerto Rico is approx 4 km where guests will find a variety of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. In the resort there is also a lively marina. Gran Canaria Airport is approx 50 km from the resort of Puerto Rico.
