Montemayor Apartments has a swimming pool with a children's section surrounded by a sun terrace and lawned gardens.

There are 30 apartments at the Montemayor which have a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge and microwave; a living room with a satellite TV, internet access, a hire safe and furnished terrace or balcony.

Montemayor Apartments are within 50m of the promenade with access to the beach. The Agua Roja centre is approx 400m away and the Plaza shopping and entertainment centre is approx 650m away. Playa del Ingles is approx 32km from Gran Canaria Airport.
