Barcelo Las Margaritas Hotel is set in large sub-tropical gardens and has a swimming pool, a children's pool, a further pool with a waterfall and a heated pool. The pool's enjoy wide sun terraces with loungers and parasols, lawned areas and a pool-side bar with terrace. For adults only, there is also a roof-top, nude sun-bathing terrace.

The main restaurant operates a buffet service at all meals and there are also two grill restaurants, a disco, 4 bars and an evening entertainment programme.

For children, there is a playground, a playroom, a mini club and a mini cinema. Leisure facilities include a sauna, a games room with table tennis, pool and darts and extensive organised all inclusive activities programme.

The hotel has a hair salon, a boutique, a shop and parking spaces (chargeable). Reception is available 24 hours a day and services offered include internet access, currency exchange, bike hire, babysitting, medical and laundry services.

There are 488 guest rooms at the Barcelo Las Margaritas Hotel, comprising classic and brightly styled double and family rooms and, modern neutrally styled apartments.

All accommodation is air conditioned and has double/twin beds, a bathroom, satellite TV, a telephone, a mini-bar, a hire safe, a hair dryer and a balcony. The family rooms are larger and have a sofa bed and the apartments have a separate bedroom and living area and more modern appliances and fittings.

Barcelo Las Margaritas Hotel is approx 300m from numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is approx. 2km away to which the hotel runs a shuttle bus several times a day. Playa del Ingles is approx. 32km from Gran Canaria airport.

Meals:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant including house wine, local beer and soft drinks.
The hotel also offers guests theme dinners twice a week.

Snacks:
Sandwiches, hamburgers, chips, hot dogs etc are available in the main restaurant between noon and 6pm (except during lunch).

Afternoon tea, coffee, cakes and ice cream is available from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Drinks:
All Inclusive drinks include a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as aperitifs, beer, cocktails, brandy, cognac, whisky, liqueurs, sherry, soft drinks and hot drinks (coffee, chocolate, etc) from 10am to 11pm at selected bars.

Sports and Entertainment:
The All Inclusive facilities at the hotel include an organised daytime and evening entertainment programme for adults and children (including competitions, professional shows, bingo, dancing games and prizes).

Sports activities include tennis (with reservation), water polo, aqua gym, aerobics, bowls, darts, table tennis, rifle-shooting (16 years and over), mini golf, football and fitness area.

Services:
The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas 12 times a day. There are special discounts for golf enthusiasts at the Golf Club Maspalomas (2 km) and Salobre Golf and Resort (8 km).
