There are 95 apartments in total, 85 of which have 1 bedroom and 10 have 2 bedrooms.

All feature private bathroom, kitchen with electric hob and coffee maker, TV and telephone.

Some of the rooms do have a balcony or terrace.

The complex sits in front of Maspalomas beach and is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport links are close by. There is a golf course close to the complex and the airport is approx 32km from the resort of Maspalomas.
