Accommodation units are duplex style and feature private bathroom with shower, kitchen with ceramic hob (4 rings), fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker and crockery, lounge with sofa bed, safety deposit box, Sat TV, telephone, air conditioning and balcony or terrace.

The complex is a mere 200m from the beach and about 500m from a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop just 500m away which is great for trips to Las Palmas and Puerto Rico. The airport is approx 38km from the resort of Las Melonares.
